It's Time to Dream Again
“Being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” - Philippians 1:6
Was there a point somewhere along the way that you stopped dreaming? Maybe life didn’t turn out the way you thought it would. Maybe disappointment hit harder than you expected. Maybe you convinced yourself that your time had passed, that the dream you once had was just a naive hope.
But what if I told you that your current reality is not your final destiny? That the broken dreams you’ve mourned were never the end of your story? Because here’s the truth: good dreams may go unfulfilled, but God’s dreams cannot be stopped.
If you’re still breathing, that means God is still working. There is still a purpose inside of you, a calling that He placed in your heart, and it’s bigger than you. The dream isn’t about your success, your name, or your achievements. It’s about how God wants to use you to impact someone else. Someone is waiting for what He has placed inside of you. Someone is looking for the answer that He wants to bring through you. But it won’t happen until you choose to step into it.
The biggest roadblock isn’t your circumstances, it’s what you believe about yourself. You may have let insecurity, insufficiency, and inadequacy convince you that you’re not enough. But God is breaking that off of you. The old, limited version of you is gone. The new has come. And that new version? It’s the one He intends to use.
So, it’s time to dream again. Not just for yourself, but for the people God wants to reach through you. Stop living on the boulevard of broken dreams, thinking that where you are now is where you’ll always be. When God starts something, He finishes it. The dream He placed in you will not fail because He cannot fail.
Step into it. Believe again. Dare to trust that God’s purpose for your life is still in motion. Because no matter what’s behind you, what He has ahead is greater.
